William Henry Knives’ work in finely crafted gentlemen’s knives has set new standards in the design and production of folding cutlery. These series seamlessly integrate state of the art technology and mechanism with elegant styling and classic organic materials to create knives that reminisce on the past while leading the way into the future.

All knives in these series use titanium as a base frame for strength, durability, and lightweight comfort. The handle scales are crafted from the finest natural materials. The mother of pearl is hand selected and beautifully polished to reveal the extraordinary range of color and figure in each piece. The amber jig bone (made from natural cow bone) is delicately finished to reveal an astonishing combination of color and texture. Like the mother of pearl, the desert ironwood is hand-selected for figure and pattern matched for each knife.

The ATS-34 stainless steel blades are hand-honed to a razor edge, and travel on Teflon washers for smooth action and minimal wear. Each knife is constructed with stainless screws and fittings which are permanently thread-locked at optimum tension during final assembly.
