pearl-handles pocket knife. Presentation grade
mother-of-pearl, aerospace grade titanium, and our
exclusive Wave Damascus blade steel are integrated into a
combination that offers a modern, performance-oriented
approach to a classic pattern.
The Nautilus Collection features our patent pending Wave
Damascus, a 45 layer blade that features a ZDP-189 core
that creates the razor edge. At a hardness of HRC 67, this
exceptional steel will start sharper and stay sharper than
any alloy tested in modern cutlery.
Our handles are crafted from solid 6Al/4V titanium, an
alloy designed especially for the requirements of the
aerospace industry. We use pattern-matched sets of premium
mother-of-pearl shell to overlay the titanium frame,
measuring beauty and brawn in equal expression.
Each knife features a button lock and thumbpeg inlaid with
matching mother-of-pearl, and titanium micro-screws create
the final open-frame construction of the handle. A
sterling silver lanyard bail with matching leather lanyard
and a black sharkskin ClipCase complete the presentation.
Every knife in the Nautilus Collection features a unique
serial number engraved into the blade and includes a
Certificate of Authenticity and wood presentation box.
