William Henry’s
Signature II Collection offers dramatic contrast and
dramatic performance. Our patent pending Wave Damascus
blades are fit into solid titanium handles with color
accents – a touch of distinction against a backdrop of
sheer utility.
Each blade is
handcrafted from our 45 layer Wave Damascus featuring a
core of ZDP-189 for outstanding sharpness and wear
resistance. The undulating pattern of the three metals in
the layered blade is created by forging/rolling a very
fine laminate sandwich of steel, and then patterning the
steel with a specialized die. This pattern is revealed
across the delicate bevels of the blade as a series of
waves intersecting the ZDP edge.
The handles are
built from a titanium alloy which is strong, lightweight,
and corrosion proof. The inset arcs are electric-blued
against a soft hand-polished surface, and each handle
features internal weight reduction pockets and open-frame
construction for optimum balance.
William Henry’s one
hand button lock and thumbpeg are set with blue topaz to
match the blue accents in the handle, and all fittings are
stainless steel. Every knife in the Signature II
Collection also features a blue titanium pocket clip
(reversible) for easy and safe carry.
A unique serial
number is engraved into the blade and each knife includes
a Certificate of Authenticity and wood presentation box.
